Referral Terms
1. About these Referral Terms
1.1. These Referral Terms govern the referral programmes described below. They form part of,
and must be read together with, our Terms and Conditions (the "T&C", /legal/terms-and-conditions).
Words defined in the T&C have the same meaning here.
1.2. If these Referral Terms conflict with the T&C, the T&C prevail.
1.3. These Referral Terms are written in English. If a translated version differs from the
English version, the English version prevails (T&C §25.5).
1.4. These Referral Terms cover two programmes:
- (a) the Affiliate Programme (Part B), for approved affiliates who send new players to the Service through a tracking link; and
- (b) the Referral Programme (Part C), for players who introduce communities that launch an alliance on the Service.
1.5. The Alliance Program is separate. It covers the revenue share an alliance earns from
its own community, alliance tiers, and alliance payouts. It is governed by the Alliance Program
Terms of Use (/legal/alliances), the Alliance Agreement (/legal/alliance-agreement), the
Alliance Tier Schedule (/legal/tier-schedule) and the Alliance Payout Terms
(/legal/payout-terms). These Referral Terms do not change those documents.
1.6. Apart from the Affiliate Programme, we do not currently pay any reward, bonus, points or
commission for referring an individual player to the Service. A sign-up, click or deposit made
through a player's referral link does not earn a reward on its own.
2. Definitions
2.1. In these Referral Terms:
- "Affiliate" means a person whose affiliate application we have approved under Part B.
- "Affiliate Dashboard" means the affiliate area at
/affiliates, available to an Affiliate after logging in. - "Tracking Link" means the link issued to an Affiliate in the Affiliate Dashboard, in the form
https://reloader.gg/go/<tracker code>, including any sub-ID or landing-page variant of it. - "Referred Player" means a player attributed to an Affiliate under section 6.
- "Cash GGR" has the meaning given in section 7.2.
- "Referrer" means a player who is recorded as the referrer of an alliance under Part C.
- "Referred Alliance" means an alliance for which a Referrer is recorded under Part C.
- "Cash Wagered" has the meaning given in section 11.2.
- "Referrals Page" means the page at
/referrals, available to a logged-in player. - "Ł" means the platform unit shown on the Service, where Ł10 equals 1 USDT.
Part A — Rules for both programmes
3. Who may take part
3.1. You may take part only if you meet the requirements of the T&C, including the requirements
on age (T&C §3.1), legal capacity (T&C §3.2) and place of residence (T&C §3.3). You must not use a
VPN, proxy or similar service to hide your real location (T&C §3.4).
3.2. The programme pages are part of the Service and are subject to the same geographic
restrictions as the rest of the Service. If you are in a location where we restrict access, you
may be unable to reach them.
3.3. Each person may register only one Account (T&C §5.4). You must not use a second Account,
or an Account held by a representative, relative, associate or connected person, to take part in
a programme or to generate referral earnings.
3.4. Accounts that we designate as internal or test accounts cannot take part in either
programme. Play on those accounts never counts towards any commission or referral earnings.
4. Affiliates and player Accounts
4.1. Under T&C §3.12, each player acknowledges when using the Service that "You, or, if
applicable, your employees, employers, agents, or family members, are not registered as an
Affiliate in our Affiliate program."
4.2. The Affiliate Programme in Part B is the "Affiliate program" referred to in T&C §3.12. An
Affiliate, and the Affiliate's employees, employers, agents and family members, must therefore
not use a player Account on the Service.
4.3. The Referral Programme in Part C is not the Affiliate program referred to in T&C §3.12.
Taking part in the Referral Programme does not make a player an Affiliate.
Part B — Affiliate Programme
5. Applying
5.1. You may apply at /affiliates/apply. The application asks for a username, email address,
password and a description of your traffic. It also asks, optionally, for your first and last
name, website or channel URL, company and preferred commission type.
5.2. We review every application. We may approve or reject an application at our discretion. You
can log in to the Affiliate Dashboard only after we approve your application.
5.3. An affiliate account is separate from a player Account. It gives no access to play on the
Service.
5.4. Your preferred commission type is a preference only. We assign your commission plan. A plan
is one of:
- (a) Revenue share: a percentage of the Cash GGR of your Referred Players;
- (b) CPA: a fixed amount for each Qualifying First Deposit (section 7.4); or
- (c) Hybrid: both (a) and (b).
5.5. Your plan, your percentage and/or your CPA amount, and any qualifying minimum, are shown in
your Affiliate Dashboard. We may agree individual rates with you. Where we do, the individual rate
replaces the plan rate.
6. Tracking and attribution
6.1. When a person opens your Tracking Link, we record the click. We also store cookies on their
device for 30 days that identify your tracker code and, where used, your sub-ID. Tracking Links
work only while your affiliate account is approved.
6.2. A person becomes your Referred Player if both of the following apply:
(a) while those cookies are present, they create a new account (by signing up, or by signing in with an email code or email link for the first time), or we receive their account-creation record
carrying your tracker code; and
(b) they are not already attributed to an affiliate.
6.3. If a person opens several Tracking Links, the cookies reflect the most recent one. After a
person is attributed, that attribution is permanent. It does not move to another affiliate. Each
player can be attributed to only one affiliate.
6.4. Attribution depends on the cookies being present. We cannot attribute a person who blocks or
deletes the cookies, who uses a different device or browser, or who signs up more than 30 days
after their last click. We do not attribute players retroactively, and an existing account is
never attributed on a later sign-in.
7. Commission
7.1. We calculate commission for each calendar month from our records. The calculation covers
only Referred Players who are not internal or test accounts.
7.2. Cash GGR means the total stakes less total winnings on casino and sportsbook play by your
Referred Players, as reported to us by our game platform, counting only wagers that we classify as
funded by cash. Wagers funded by a bonus, and wagers whose funding we cannot classify, are
excluded. Your Affiliate Dashboard may show these excluded amounts separately for information.
They do not earn commission.
7.3. Revenue share. Revenue share is your percentage applied to the Cash GGR of your Referred
Players for that calendar month only. Each month's Cash GGR is counted once. Revenue share for a
month is never less than zero, and a negative month is not carried forward against later months.
7.4. CPA. A Qualifying First Deposit is a Referred Player's first deposit, where that
first deposit is at least the minimum shown for your plan. Only the first deposit is assessed. If
the first deposit is below the minimum, no later deposit by that Referred Player can qualify. CPA
is counted in the calendar month of the first deposit and is paid at most once per Referred
Player. If your plan has a monthly CPA cap, Qualifying First Deposits above the cap in a month are
not paid.
7.5. Hybrid. On a hybrid plan, revenue share and CPA are calculated separately and both apply.
7.6. Calculated commission is reviewed by us before it becomes payable. Commission moves through
three statuses: calculated, approved and paid. Only approved commission can be paid out.
7.7. A change to your plan or rate applies to commission calculated after the change.
8. Payment
8.1. When your approved, unpaid commission reaches your minimum payout amount shown in the
Affiliate Dashboard, you may submit a payout request there. A request must be at least your
minimum payout amount and cannot exceed your approved commission.
8.2. We process payout requests manually, to the payout method recorded for your affiliate
account. Payment is not automatic. Commission counts as paid when we record it as paid.
9. Affiliate account status
9.1. We may reject, suspend or close an affiliate account.
9.2. While your affiliate account is not approved:
- (a) you cannot log in to the Affiliate Dashboard;
- (b) your Tracking Links stop setting tracking cookies;
- (c) no new players are attributed to you; and
- (d) no commission is calculated for you.
9.3. If we close your affiliate account, any commission not yet paid is forfeited.
9.4. To close your affiliate account, email affiliates@reloader.gg.
Part C — Referral Programme
10. How referrals are recorded
10.1. A logged-in player can open the Referrals Page to get a personal referral link. You may use
it to introduce creators, media outlets, esports teams and other communities to the Service,
so that they launch their own alliance.
10.2. We decide whether to record you as the Referrer of an alliance, and we make that record
ourselves. Opening your referral link, signing up through it, or launching an alliance does not
by itself create the record.
10.3. Each alliance can have only one Referrer at a time. We may change or remove the recorded
Referrer of an alliance. If a Referrer record is removed, no further earnings accrue under it.
10.4. We will not record a Referrer for:
- (a) an alliance you own;
- (b) our own flagship alliance; or
- (c) an alliance that has been deleted.
A player we designate as an internal or test account cannot be recorded as a Referrer.
11. Referral earnings
11.1. For each Referred Alliance, you earn the rate for your tier multiplied by the Cash Wagered
of that Referred Alliance in each weekly period. A weekly period runs from Monday 00:00 UTC to
Sunday 23:59:59 UTC.
11.2. Cash Wagered means the total stakes of wagers on casino, sportsbook, Reloader Originals
and other in-house games that are attributed to the Referred Alliance under the Alliance Program
rules, counting only wagers that we classify as funded by cash. Wagers funded by a bonus,
wagers whose funding we cannot classify, and play on internal or test accounts are excluded.
11.3. Referral earnings are calculated on stakes (Cash Wagered). They are not calculated on the
alliance's gross gaming revenue or net revenue, and the Referred Alliance's costs, fees or losses
do not reduce them.
11.4. We assign your tier. The current tier rates are shown on the Referrals Page. A change to a
tier rate applies to weekly periods that start on or after the date the change takes effect.
11.5. We calculate earnings daily. Earnings for the current week and the previous week may be
recalculated until those weeks are closed. Your Referrals Page shows your lifetime earned,
pending and paid amounts.
11.6. No earnings accrue on a Referred Alliance after it is deleted.
12. Payment of referral earnings
12.1. Referral earnings are credited to your Cash balance on the Service. After that, the T&C
rules for withdrawals apply to them.
12.2. A weekly period becomes payable once the week has ended and a further one-day grace period
has passed, so that late records can be included. Each payment is your total unpaid earnings
from all payable weeks, rounded down to the nearest cent of USDT.
12.3. The minimum payment is Ł10. If your unpaid earnings are below the minimum, they carry
forward to the next payment.
12.4. We run payments. Where automatic weekly payment is enabled, it runs on Tuesdays at 01:00
UTC. Otherwise we run payments ourselves. The Referrals Page shows the payment schedule that
currently applies.
12.5. Earnings are not paid to an Account that has been deleted.
Part D — Conduct, enforcement and changes
13. Prohibited conduct
13.1. Under either programme, you must not:
- (a) refer yourself, or earn from play on an Account you own or control, or on an Account held by a person acting for you (T&C §5.4);
- (b) as an alliance owner, seek to be the Referrer of your own alliance;
- (c) create or encourage multiple Accounts, fake sign-ups or artificial play to generate commission or referral earnings;
- (d) send spam or unsolicited messages, or collect other Customers' nicknames, email addresses or other information, to promote a Tracking Link or referral link (T&C §4.1.4);
- (e) post unsolicited commercial advertisements, affiliate links or other solicitation on the Service (T&C §4.1.6);
- (f) make false or misleading statements about the Service, its bonuses, its games or what a player can win or earn;
- (g) direct your promotion at persons under the legal gambling age, or at persons in jurisdictions where the Service is prohibited or restricted (T&C §3.1, §3.3); or
- (h) collude with any Customer to obtain a dishonest advantage (T&C §4.1.7).
14. What we may do
14.1. If we reasonably believe that you have breached these Referral Terms or the T&C, we may:
- (a) decline to approve, or cancel, affiliate commission that has not been paid;
- (b) remove your Referrer record for any alliance, so that no further referral earnings accrue;
- (c) suspend or close your affiliate account under section 9; and
- (d) suspend or close your Account under T&C §24.
14.2. T&C §16 (Fraud) also applies. Under it, we will withhold payment where fraud, dishonesty or
criminal acts are suspected, and you are liable for our costs, charges and losses arising from
them.
15. Changes
15.1. We may amend these Referral Terms under the amendment terms of the T&C (T&C §2). We may
also change commission plans, tier rates and payment minimums. Sections 7.7 and 11.4 explain when
a rate change takes effect.
16. Contact
16.1. Affiliates can contact us at affiliates@reloader.gg. Players can contact our support team
as described in the T&C.
